About

Shiri Kasher-Hitin is an expert in commercial and intellectual property laws and a mediator.

 

​Over the past two decades, Kasher-Hitin has advised Israeli and foreign companies and provided them with counseling services and legal representation in intellectual property matters and various commercial contracts.

​

​She has acted as both an internal and external legal counsel to companies on numerous aspects of trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, including negotiation of licenses, options, distribution, sale agreements, and also litigation. 

​

​She is also a mediator in commercial disputes, listed on the official list of court mediators. 

​

In addition to her legal practice, Kasher-Hitin lectures on IP law at law and business schools in Israeli universities.
